Data Deletion Instructions

Effective September 2, 2026

Disconnect a social account

Open DBD Brand Studio → Connections, find the connected service, and choose Disconnect. DBD removes the protected provider credential and saved verification state for that brand workspace. You may also revoke DBD from the connected platform’s account settings.

Remove local DBD work

Delete the relevant project or workspace in the desktop app. Local rendered videos, editable copy, brand records, and delivery history are stored on the owner’s computer and are not a permanent Cloudflare library.

Remove provider content

Delete a published post or unfinished inbox draft in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok. Disconnecting DBD does not delete content already accepted by a provider.

Request help

For help locating or deleting DBD-controlled account information, email hello@agencystudio.cc from the address associated with the request. Include the connected platform and brand name, but never include a password or access token.
